Can I change the address after placing my order?

No, unfortunately Gencustom does not accept to have the address changed, once the order has been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

No, Gencustom does not accept cancellations

Can I request any change to be made on customized products, after placing my order?

No, Gencustom does not accept any changes to be made once the order was placed

Can I request to have a name, phrase or date added to my product before placing the order?

Yes, you will have a text box available on our customized products for you to insert the desired name/date/last name etc.

Can I request a return if I don't like the product after delivery?

No, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase this is not a valid reason to be eligible for return. However if you received any product from Gencustom with obvious damage, you did not receive the product, the product did not arrive in a good condition, it is not made correctly, or is not the size or color you requested, please contact us and we will make it right. Please note that you will have 48 hours to request a return once the product has been delivered. Please note that you cannot request a different color/size/design. How long does it take to receive my product?

After placing the order, it could take 1 to 2 days to produce your item. Once is produced it might take 4 - 8 days to be delivered. Please note that our products are made to order.
